Fisherman and now entrepreneur Norm Price “invented” these beer bottle cap lures. He had a habit of bending his beer bottle caps in half. He tossed one on the table next to some hooks, and the bottle cap lure was born. He now makes good money just from recycling beer bottle caps into fishing lures.
Pretty cool, isn’t it? Some guy turned the two things he liked (beer and fishing) into a successful business. Good for him. Too bad I didn’t think of that first.
Anyway, I was a little skeptical that the lures would actually catch fish. Then I saw some videos on YouTube that proved that they can. Yep! I think I will buy (or make) one of these lures just to see how well they work.
